Spring 2026 Planning Calendar

Class Schedule for Spring 2026 is available in Schedule Builder and Class Search.

• Block schedules will be made available via Schedule Builder and the Student Center by 5pm.
• Students can plan revisions to their block schedule information in their Schedule Builder beginning on this date; students will be unable to complete the registration transaction until their enrollment appointment.
• All students can view their spring 2025 schedule via the Student Center, including enrolled and waitlisted courses.
• Student Center closes for maintenance Wednesdays at 8 p.m.

• Second round of registration appointment rotations.
• Enrollment increases to 22 units and waitlist remains at 16 units.
• Late registration fee can apply. For more information, visit Student Accounts Office.
• Please check Student Accounts website for class cancellation information and fees due date.

March 30

Spring 2026 classes begin

• Students can continue to enroll in open classes or add themselves to waitlists without permission numbers.
• Waitlist process runs twice a day (morning and noon) to enroll students from waitlists if seats open up.

Deadlines

• Last day to enroll in open classes without a permission number.
• Waitlist process runs for the last time this afternoon.

Students can enroll only with a permission number.

Student Center closes for maintenance Wednesdays at 8 p.m.

Deadlines

• Last day to add or swap classes via Student Center with a permission number (11:59 p.m.).
• Last day to drop classes (11:59 p.m.).
• Last day to submit class audit petition to the Office of the Registrar (5:00 p.m.).
• Last day to log in and adjust your Degree Planner to ensure that your planned courses are included in course demand data.
  • Failing to log into Degree Planner before this date will not result in a delayed registration appointment.

Deadline

Last day to submit Late Enrollment Appeal (5:00 p.m.)

Deadlines

• Twenty percent of instruction remaining.
• Last day to withdraw from course(s) for serious and compelling reasons (5:00 p.m.). Any withdrawals after this date will only be approved for reasons beyond your control. More information about withdrawals.
• Last day to change CR/NC grading option via Student Center(11:59 p.m.)
  *Before changing your grading option, please review the information and speak with your advisor.

• Last day of instruction.
• Last day to withdraw from course(s) for reasons beyond your control (5:00 p.m.). More information about withdrawals.
• Last day to submit paperwork for Cal Poly coursework (substitutions, concentration declarations, ICS statements, etc.) and transcripts (from other colleges) in order to affect Academic Progress level for registration for Spring 2027 (received in the Office of the Registrar by 5:00 p.m.), if you will not be here for summer quarter.
